Personal data of visitors obtained by cause of access to the Site shall be subject to this privacy policy.
Double LLC (“The Company)” adopts reasonable safety and confidentiality of data submitted by its client,
adopting reasonably effective security protection levels of personal data, installing all technical means and
devices available in the industry to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and stealing of personal
data.
However, visitors shall bear in mind that safety conditions currently offered by internet are not
invulnerable and that the protection of personal online information willingly input is not absolute.
Furthermore, maintenance of and hosting of the Web site may be provided by third parties, whose data safety
and protection measures are not in the custody of The Company and for whom the latter is not liable.
Therefore, The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for the disclosure of personal data of
our visitors by sources outside it nor shall it be liable for any damages caused by them. The Company shall not be
liable for either for illegal access or system or database violation by unauthorized individuals; or for misuse of
information obtained through those means.
The Site gathers information collected in its databases when data is directly input by visitors. This
information shall be used by personnel in charge of the Site or third parties engaged, for purposes of sending
